After literally 4 postponements between the two teams, we have arrived at something conclusive...starting Thursday.
BallsDeep came into the game having previously lost after missing a critical field goal that would have kept them at least tied by the end. Tonight they looked to repeat that trend, with Marche and Sting missing one each.
Like last night, BallsDeep struck early but mostly stalled out after that. Fortunately for them, Broncs discovered the overpowered potential of running with the ball as a quarterback. His blockers did a fairly good job of protecting him enough to get first downs, allowing BAL to eat up the clock.
BAL was lucky to come away on top given that at least a dozen points were forfeitted by silly mistakes all within the span of two minutes. Two were on returns (one punt, one int) and there were two unforced missed field goals. Paying back for Yung Money's generosity in an earlier game in the series, BallsDeep also committed a rare lateral turnover on a different punt return.
If Yung Money wants to assert dominance this series they will have to give African Panda better plays to work with. Averaging 2.3 yards a carry, it's pretty obvious why YM couldn't win tonight. Expect the team who runs better tomorrow (or stops the run better) to take the championship.
O-Star: Broncs - his passes in one word: simple. but, if it's uncovered, who cares? high intelligence on sneaks and choosing to sneak.
D-Star: Joe~Sakic - two ints stopped YM cold. hardly could call either one of them gifts.
Special Teams: Sting - his one FG/2 PATs made the difference in score, YM only made one PAT out of two attempts for their kicking game.
Additional: After this game Arnk Dylie retired as referee and plans to step down as league coordinator after the season to focus more on development in the future.
Yung Money shows resiliency in their Game 3 victory.

Following their commanding victory in Game 2 of the series, Yung Money would seem to have all the momentum on their side as we went into the (possibly) most critical game of the series last night. They had no trouble scoring on the BallsDeep defense at will and shut down and flustered all-pro quarterback Broncs the entire game.
The start of Game 3 would give Yung Money a chance to assert themselves as a new power in the RSFL and to prove that the young blood of the league could stand up against all comers. Fortunately for BallsDeep, Yung Money would not get off to the start that they had hoped for.
Right out of the gate BallsDeep would be looking to strike back following their Game 2 loss, and some nice early passing from Broncs would be the answer to their woes. It took only a few minutes for the BD offense to put up points, as Broncs would find his favorite target Joe~Sakic to give BD an early 7-0 lead. Not even 3 minutes later, Broncs and Joe would hook up once more to give BD a 14-0 lead. At this point, the way BD was playing offense and defense, it looked as if they were extremely focused and would be playing this way the entire night. This would all change with 2 minutes remaining in the first half.
*Cue NFL Films music*
With 1:50 left in the first half, African Panda would pick up some great blocks and make a couple good cuts as he would dance his way into the endzone, cutting the BD lead to 14-7. BD would have no answer for this, and the halftime break would be upon us, a clear momentum shift beginning around the stadium, as the home town faithful were wondering if their faith was going to be enough to propel BD to victory.
In the second half, YM would be an entirely different team. Star QB Sim (who went 2/12 in the first half), would be hitting his targets with masterful precision, and while it would take him 7 minutes to do it, he would find a way to put his team in the endzone on a gutsy 4th and goal touchdown pass to Jugg from 11 yards out. This would make all the difference, as YM would now tie the game up thanks a missed FG by BD kicker Marche earlier in the half.
The next drive would be crucial for both teams as BD needed to gain back some momentum to push this game to overtime or to hit a last second FG to ensure their victory. Neither of these would happen though, as Broncs would drop back, find his target, and launch one downfield, only for it to picked off by SHOCK who would take it back to the BD 47 yard line.
YM would need no extra time to complete this one, as they drove nicely to BD 23 yard line, where Sim would be given the chance to become a hero not only in his locker room, but to all the YM fans across the country. RSFL correspondent Arnk Dylie with the call.
Arnk Dyli> Sim knows this distance, he knows how to make this kick
Arnk Dyli> the holder is african panda
Arnk Dyli> the long snapper directv2 has not missed one snap this entire season
Arnk Dyli> they are lined up, it looks as BD will try to block it from the north
Arnk Dyli> panda raises his hand
Arnk Dyli> the ball is snapped
Arnk Dyli> the kick is up, it has the distance
Arnk Dyli> anddddd
Arnk Dyli> THE KICK IS GOOD, YUNG MONEY TAKES THE LEAD
Arnk Dyli> what an impressive comeback by this Yung Money team, they truly have what it takes to be here
A bit of effort from the BD offense would put them in range to possibly make a late game score, but it would be all but over at this point, as YM would complete their comeback and win the game 17-14.
Game 4 is TONIGHT, Monday the 16th, and 10pm. BE THERE.
Final games, finally, for real.
Game 4: Monday August 16th 10 PM EDT
Game 5 (if BAL wins game 4): Thursday August 19th 10 PM EDT
Good luck.

Sorry for the delay in this I should have done it the night of the game and then I realized that I never did.
Either way this game was not nearly as close as the first game was, so reporting will not be as exciting as it was before.
The first half was actually very close, with both teams trading a pair of touchdowns (1 passing/1 return for YM, and 2 passing for BD). Early on in the game it would look like Broncs might have the better game of the two star QBs on the field, as he was 7/16 with a pair of TDs. Sim was only 4/12 but had 82 yards on those 4 completions and one of them went for a score.
The second half would be an entirely different story though, as Broncs would seemingly forget how to pass to a radar blip, and Sim would not miss a radar blip for the entire half (5/5), en route to 2 more touchdown passes (sick vicious had one get counted twice by the module). The YM offense would run like a well oiled machine in the second half and would put up 20 points, well on their way to a victory in Game 2.
The final score would be 34-13 YM, and the best of 5 series is now tied at 1-1.
Game 3 is most likely Sunday at 10, but I'm not even sure anymore because both teams have postponed about 15 times in this series.

The RSFL Season 6 Finals opened up last night (Sunday) with the top two regular season teams taking the field as BallsDeep would visit Yung Money in the first game of our best of five series. Each team was extremely focused on the game and spent a lot of time warming up in order to assure themselves that they were set for whatever was to happen.
Unfortunately, the offenses decided not to show up in the first half. This was a very slow starting game in which each team would look to find a groove to work in throughout this series. Neither team would generate all that much offense except for the occasional decent pass from YM QB Sim, who lead the offenses with 129 passing yards in the first half.
Yung Money would look to be the more stable offensive team of the two, holding off the early defensive rushes from the BD defensive line anchored by star fatty B()()bies. BD on the other hand would be almost lifeless on offense, as they could not figure out how to gain yards against the YM defense, with much of the pressure being put on by Rookie of the Year candidate Pooter89. Franchise QB Broncs would hope to shift his 3 WRs around in order to create good matchups against the standout secondary of YM, which includes star CBs Jugg and sick vicious. Broncs would not find this matchup advantage until the second half though. Near the end of the first half Sim would connect with his WR Jugg over the middle to give his team the lead (as well as a missed EP). YM would look 6-0 at this point and look to add more points as they were going into the locker room, but a missed opportunity by YM fell into the hands of BD CB Sting as he would intercept the ball on the goal line and be tackled 40 yards later with only seconds left in the half.
First Half: 6-0 Yung Money
The second half would be much more interesting if you're a fan of offense or Sting. Very early in the half Sting would grab his second interception of the night and take this one back to the house a very short distance giving his team the lead (after his converted EP). 7-6 BD. BD would get the ball back very shortly after this and drive before Broncs would connect with, who else, Sting, giving BD a 14-6 lead less than 4 minutes into the half. The game would slow down a bit from here until about 3 minutes remaining in the half when YM would pound the ball home with their standout RB African Panda. A very nice throw and catch from Sim to Jugg would give YM the 2 point conversion they desperately needed to tie the game at 14. It would look as though YM would have the momentum swinging their way and sent their defense back out to hold the BD offense to give themselves one last shot at taking the lead and avoid overtime. Instead, they avoided overtime in the wrong way. BD was able to drive the field with relative ease and score a touchdown with a nice pass from Broncs to Joe~Sakic with only 30 seconds left in the game. BD 21-14. YM would look to score with only minimal time left, but it would prove to be not enough and they would fall in game 1.
Overall an excellent game and hard fought battle between these two outstanding teams. Hopefully we'll such more of the same from them as this series continues.
Game 2 is next Sunday (Aug 8th) at 10PM (following the awards ceremony)
Game 3 is next Monday (Aug 9th) at 10PM

Game started with 1st 2 plays being ints. YM's offense would take over and YM's DL would cause PF OL and KS nightmares. Game definitely ended better than it started.
O Star: Sim
D Star: YM DLine
This gives YM the series 2-0 and they advance to the Finals.

Pretty lopsided game from the start as BD cruised their way into the finals. This game report is pretty lame but be sure to expect much better things in the finals.
O-Star: Broncs
D-Star: Joe Sakic
Finals: BallsDeep vs Yung Money
Tentative Finals Schedule
Tentatively, regardless of who wins in the YM/PF series, the first game of the Godzilla Bowl this year will be on Sunday, August 1st, at 10 PM.
Game 2 would be the following day on Monday, and game 3 and beyond would depend on which team won, so that's all I have for now. Best of luck.
Captains forum is there if you need to negotiate.
